rescheduling & cancellation policy
Free rescheduling of appointments are permitted with at least 24 hours notice before appointment.
Free cancellations are permitted with at least 48 hours notice before appointment.
For example: if your appointment is at 12:00PM on Monday, it must be cancelled before 12:00PM on Saturday and rescheduled before 12:00PM Sunday to avoid charges.
Same day reschedules, or with less than 24 hour notice, will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation fee will be owed in order to reschedule.
Our cancellation fee is 100% of the cost of the services booked.
As a private studio, we are unable to rebook another client in that short timeframe. Thank you for your understanding.
DEPOSIT policy
All first time appointments require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking unless previously discussed with your nail artist.
late/tardiness policy
If you are running late, please text or message your nail artist ASAP.
If you are over 15 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee of $20.
If you are over 30 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and you will owe the cancellation fee.
Please contact your nail artist to see if your reduced service can still be performed within the booked timeframe of your appointment.
